The Department of Legal Services and Data Protection assists with the drafting of decrees that are adopted or approved by the Executive Board of the University, the Extended Executive Board of the University or the Board of the University. The Department of Legal Services and Data Protection reviews these decrees to ensure they comply with the law, conform to formal requirements and in terms of their classification, language and clarity. The Department of Legal Services and Data Protection can also be involved in the drafting of other decrees.
It is highly recommended that the Department of Legal Services and Data Protection be involved in the relevant work from the start.
The Academic Program Development office is the first point of contact for the faculties when it comes to drafting the legal basis for the course (framework regulations for the Bachelor's and Master's courses, doctoral regulations, study regulations, doctoral regulations).
The Office for Continuing Education is the first point of contact for the faculties when drafting the regulations for continuing education courses.
