Even though it is possible to choose an external survey tool, you should be aware that there are legal requirements to do so. For such an outsourcing of data processing to be compliant with data protection regulation, UZH is required to guarantee the same level of protection as if the data had been processed within UZH. This can only be implemented by binding the external service provider through a contractual set of rules (see the site UZH Contract Framework).
